Good Shepherd
an IS43 Health Care facility
Can't sign in?
- I forgot my password
- Ask the program office or your supervisor to reset your account. They will give you a new sign-in link in person. Nobody from Good Shepherd will ever ask for your password or code by phone, text or email.
- I got a new phone, or lost the phone with my codes
- Your 6-digit code comes from the authenticator app on your old phone. Ask the program office to reset your two-factor sign-in, then set it up again on the new phone.
- The code doesn't work
- Codes change every 30 seconds. Wait for a fresh one and type it straight away. Check that your phone's clock is set automatically. Use the entry named IS43 Workspace, not your Microsoft or Outlook one. Setting up for the first time? Delete any older IS43 Workspace entry and add the key shown on your screen now.
- It says my account is locked
- After 5 wrong tries the account locks for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again, or ask the program office.
- Face ID or fingerprint sign-in did not work
- Sign in with your email, password and code instead. If you replaced or lost that phone, remove its passkey under Face ID & passkeys, or ask the program office to reset your two-factor (that removes every passkey).
- My invitation link has expired
- Links work for 7 days and only once. Ask for a new one.
